This achievement is a testament to the resilience and determination of the Nigerian people, and a demonstration of our collective commitment to democratic governance.As a member of the House of Representatives, I am proud to be part of an institution that has been at the forefront of deepening our democratic roots. The House has consistently demonstrated its commitment to the principles of democracy, and has worked tirelessly to ensure that the voices of Nigerians are heard.In the past 25 years, Nigeria has made significant progress in consolidating its democracy. We have had six successful elections, and have established a robust framework for democratic governance. Our democracy has been tested, and has proven to be resilient.But democracy is not just about elections and governance. It is about improving the lives of our citizens, and ensuring that the dividends of democracy reach the grassroots. As the representative of Idemili North and South federal constituency, I am deeply committed to ensuring that our constituency remains a model for democratic dividends.In the past year, we have renovated schools, facilitated employment opportunities, empowered our youths and women, and attracted developmental projects to our constituency. We have also engaged in constructive dialogue with our constituents through town hall Meeting, listening to their concerns and addressing their needs.As we celebrate 25 years of democracy, we acknowledge the challenges we face. We recognize that our democracy is not perfect, but we are committed to strengthening it. We will continue to work tirelessly to represent the interests of our constituents, to deepen our democratic roots, and to ensure that Nigeria remains a beacon of democracy in Africa.To my constituents, I pledge to continue working for you, to listen to your concerns, and to deliver on our promises. To my fellow Nigerians, I urge you to remain committed to our democratic journey.
