High Chief Martin Nwabueze (Ichie Akubudike) has congratulated Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo on his victory in the November 8, 2025 Anambra governorship election, describing the outcome as a triumph for progress and the people.
In a statement personally signed by him, Nwabueze said the victory was not just for one man or one political party but a collective win for Ndi Anambra, affirming the people’s trust in visionary leadership and good governance under the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).
According to him, the re-election reflected the collective will of Anambra citizens who desire stability, inclusive development, and sustained growth across the state. He added that Soludo’s passion for excellence and service has continued to inspire confidence and unity among the people.
The Ichie Akubudike also expressed gratitude to Ndi Umudioka and the wider Dunukofia community for their massive turnout and overwhelming support during the polls, describing their solidarity as instrumental to APGA’s success.

He assured that Governor Soludo would not forget the goodwill shown by the people, emphasizing that Anambra would continue to move forward in strength and unity.
Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo, a former Central Bank Governor, was first elected as Governor of Anambra State in 2021 and secured a second term in the November 8, 2025 election under the platform of APGA.
