President of the Senate, Godswill Obot Akpabio, has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the occasion of his 74th birthday, describing him as an audacious and visionary leader committed to resetting Nigeria’s trajectory.
In a congratulatory message personally signed by him, Akpabio extended warm felicitations to the President on behalf of his family, constituents in Akwa Ibom North West, the Senate, and the 10th National Assembly, noting that Tinubu’s attainment of the age of 74 in good health is a moment of joy and gratitude.
He commended the President’s leadership style, stating that his commitment to national transformation remains evident in his policy direction and governance approach. According to him, Tinubu’s pursuit of economic reforms and democratic ideals reflects a clear determination to reposition the country, even as he acknowledged that such reforms have come with challenges.
Akpabio expressed confidence that the outcomes of these policies are beginning to manifest, adding that there is hope for sustained progress as the administration continues to implement its agenda. He further assured that the National Assembly would maintain close collaboration with the executive arm to support initiatives aimed at delivering lasting benefits for Nigerians.
He also prayed for continued good health, strength, and wisdom for the President to effectively steer the affairs of the nation and achieve the objectives of his Renewed Hope Agenda.
