Tantita Begins Screening, Orientation for Prospective Drone Pilots

Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited has commenced orientation and screening exercises for prospective drone pilots as part of efforts aimed at strengthening its surveillance operations through technology-driven manpower development.
The two-day programme, held at Lascourt Hotel in Delta State between May 11 and 12, drew about 27 participants selected for the first phase of the exercise.
Facilitating the session, Capt. Dr. Warredi Enisuoh introduced participants to the basics of drone operations and spoke on the increasing role of drone technology in contemporary security and surveillance activities.
He also outlined expectations for trainees and stressed the importance of professionalism, discipline and technical competence throughout the programme.
The company’s Admin Manager, Ms. Daisy, while declaring the orientation open, welcomed participants and described the exercise as an important aspect of the company’s manpower development process.
She urged the participants to take the programme seriously, noting that the organisation places strong emphasis on competence, dedication and integrity in its recruitment process.
Also speaking during the session, the Health, Safety and Environment Officer, Mr. Paul Esogoro, sensitised participants on safety procedures and operational compliance requirements expected during and after the training.
He encouraged them to remain disciplined and committed throughout the exercise.
The orientation programme forms part of Tantita’s ongoing process of identifying and preparing qualified personnel for specialised drone piloting responsibilities within the company.
