Legislative Open Week: Hon. Uchenna Harris Okonkwo Invites Umu-Idemili in Abuja for an Interactive Session
The Honourable Member representing Idemili North and South Federal Constituency, Hon. Uchenna Harris Okonkwo, has invited Umu-Idemili in Abuja to participate in the Legislative Open Week with the theme “Improving Inclusion through Citizens’ Engagement”.
The Legislative Open Week 2024 is a strategic initiative designed to foster transparency and promote citizens’ engagement in legislative and governance processes. The program, scheduled to take place from Wednesday, 3 July to Friday, 5 July 2024, is hosted by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Abbas Tajudeen, PhD, in collaboration with the Policy and Legal Advocacy Centre (PLAC) and Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung. The event will be held at the National Assembly Complex, Abuja.
Hon. Uchenna Okonkwo, known for his open-door representation, encourages constituents from Idemili to attend and gain firsthand knowledge of how the National Assembly works. He also invites them to have an interactive session with him.
