One of the frontline Support Groups of Mr President has called on fellow Nigerians to shelve planned protests across 774 Local Government Councils of Nigeria tagged #endbadgovernance by the organizers.
In a press conference held by the group Wednesday in Abuja, the Leadership of Tinubu Support Organisation led by Honorable Aminu Sulaiman and other members called for cancellation of such nationwide protests given laudable programs and initiatives Tinubu led Government has already embarked upon to ameliorate the economic situation in the country.
The Director General of the group and who also doubles as the Governing Chairman of the Federal College of Education (Technical) Keana, Hon. Aminu stated that the planned nationwide protests was no longer necessary given numerous key programs already on-going by the administration such as palliatives, different small and medium enterprise loans/grants, student loans etc which will definitely impact on lives of citizens and thereby improve their economic well being.
Aminu further stressed the importance and greater need for dialogue and adopting path of peaceful resolution of whatever grievances the organizers of the planned protests may have.
“It is important to appeal to Nigerians to ensure that there is peace and security, therefore we are appealing to all Nigerians to support our President: His Excellency Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to enable him succeed because he means well for all Nigerians. We thank you all for your attention and dedication to promote peace and security,”- Aminu concluded.
