OFFICIAL PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
The Honourable Member representing Idemili North and South Federal Constituency, Hon. Uchenna Harris Okonkwo, is delighted to announce registration for the Food Bank Initiative September edition. This innovative program is part of a comprehensive effort to alleviate the adverse effects of fuel subsidy removal and combat hunger within the Constituency.
The Food Bank Initiative aims to provide a monthly supply of essential food items to vulnerable households, including the elderly, widows, and individuals living with disabilities in Idemili North and South. This initiative seeks to bring relief and hope to those struggling to make ends meet.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible for the Food Bank Initiative, individuals must meet any of the following criteria:
- Be a constituent of Idemili North and South Federal Constituency
- Be 70 years old or above
- Be a widow residing in Idemili North and South
- Be an individual living with a disability
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Valid Voter’s Card:
To register for the Food Bank Initiative, eligible individuals must present their valid voter’s card to the registration officer at Hon. Uchenna Harris Okonkwo Idemili North and South constituency offices at Ogidi and Ojoto respectively for authentication and confirmation purposes. This ensures that the program reaches those who need it most.
