Prominent businessman and APC gubernatorial flag bearer for Anambra 2025, Prince Dr. Nicholas Ukachukwu, has donated ₦100 million to All Saints Anglican Cathedral in Onitsha, Anambra State. The generous contribution was made to support the cathedral’s ongoing projects and community outreach programs.
The donation was announced during a well-attended church service at the cathedral, where Prince Ukachukwu was warmly received by the clergy and congregation. Notable political and community leaders, including Hon. Prof. Carter Nnamdi Umeh, Hon. Ikem Uzoezie, Chief Basil Ejidike, and others, accompanied him to the event.
The priests offered special prayers for Ukachukwu, seeking divine blessings for his gubernatorial ambition and leadership in fostering community development. Prince Ukachukwu emphasized his commitment to uplifting communities through faith-based and social interventions, stating that the donation is a token of his gratitude to God and his desire to support the great work being done by All Saints Cathedral.
The cathedral’s leadership expressed profound gratitude for the donation, noting that the funds would significantly enhance their capacity to serve the spiritual and material needs of the congregation and the wider Onitsha community. Similarly, he donated the sum of ₦50 million to Living Faith Church Onitsha, showcasing his continued commitment to supporting various religious institutions and their community initiatives.
