The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has expressed serious concerns over airlines’ failure to comply with financial regulatory requirements, warning that it will implement stricter enforcement measures. The NCAA emphasized that airlines must adhere to financial obligations, including remitting statutory charges and taxes, to ensure the sustainability of the aviation sector. The agency stated that non-compliance undermines the integrity of the industry and erodes public trust. As a result, the NCAA is committed to taking decisive action against erring airlines to uphold regulatory standards and protect the interests of passengers and stakeholders.
