It was yet another glorious moment when invited guests from all walks of life gathered to witness the occasion of Honorable Ambassador Kelechi Obinna Oliaku being bestowed with well deserved Honorary Doctorate Degree, (Honoris Causa in Conflict Resolution And Management) by renowned World Mobile Education System in collaboration with North West International University, Republic of Armenia at Meria House, Maitama District, Abuja on 29th.March 2024.
Ambassador Dr. Oliaku is a brilliant social scientist, with specialist expertise in Global Health and Crisis Management, and diverse Leadership Skills in a Changing World.
He was an alumnus of Laurea University of Applied Sciences, and Diaconia University of Applied Sciences, which are Finland’s prestigious University of Applied Sciences.

Hon. Amb. Dr. O.K.O as he is fondly called by his numerous admirers was the first black African to contest for a seat in the Helsinki Municipal Council election, Finland, a very creative and goal oriented passionate patriotic Nigerian that also thinks and contributes on any laudable project that will better his home country- Nigeria.
