Tourism, Arts, Culture and Creative Industry are not only steadily growing any given nation’s economy if and when properly harnessed, but also unites and builds lasting bonds amongst different people of the world.
In a media briefing hosted by Cultural Oneness Festival, an initiative aimed at exploring tourism festival laced with several benefits; the organizers are set to launch a trip to Ghana with interested tourists.
Ambassador Kazeem Balogun stated that: “the Cultural Oneness Festival is a celebration of our shared heritage and cultural diversity, bringing together communities to promote unity through arts, music, and cultural exchange”.
Continuing Amb. Balogun stated further that the press briefing was primarily meant to provide journalists and indeed the general public with exclusive insight into the festival’s vision, key highlights, and the impact it aims to make on both local and international stages.
Also speaking at the media briefing one of the organizers described Nigeria and Ghana just like a brother and sister with huge diverse cultural, arts, music, fashion, tourism and trade potentials that needed to be well tapped into for the advantages of both sides: “imagine having let’s say a thousand or two thousand people who books ahead to attend this festival showcasing our local adire fabrics, fashions, arts, music and entertainment sectors the huge impact it’s going to make on the economy”, she asked rhetorically.
The proposed dates for the festival will be announced at a future date.
