In his acceptance speech, Ukachukwu expressed gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the APC National Working Committee, and Governor Bassey Otu, among others. He also extended an olive branch to his fellow aspirants, urging them to join forces to capture Anambra for the APC.”The most important thing now is to deliver Anambra to the APC,” Ukachukwu emphasized. He also declared, “I have been instrumental to the emergence of successive governors in Anambra over the years. I have played the role of a godfather, but now, I am ready to father myself”. With this victory, Ukachukwu is set to lead the APC into a fierce political showdown against Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in the upcoming election.
