Muhammad Jibrin Barde, the former PDP Governorship candidate for Gombe State, has reiterated his determination to rescue the state from what he describes as the failed leadership of Governor Inuwa Yahaya’s All Progress Congress (APC) administration.
During a recent visit to former Vice President- Atiku Abubakar, the PDP flag bearer in the 2023 Presidential election, Barde emphasized his unwavering commitment to unseat the current administration, citing the suffering of Nigerians under the APC leadership.
According to a statement released by the #Rescue Gombe and #Rescue Nigeria office of Barde, the meeting with Atiku Abubakar focused on the need to unite the opposition to end the “national nightmare” caused by the APC administration.
The statement further highlighted Barde’s resolve to rescue Gombe State from Governor Yahaya’s leadership, which he believes has failed the people of Gombe.
This development underscores the growing opposition to the APC administration in Gombe State and the determination of PDP leaders to reclaim power and improve the lives of the state’s residents.
