High Chief Martin Nwabueze Ichie Akubudike, Chairman and Founder of the Ichie Akubudike Foundation, has felicitated with Prince Engr. Dr. Arthur Ikpechukwu Eze (OFR) on his 77th birthday anniversary, celebrating a life dedicated to service, philanthropy, and community development.
